Ticket Concerns
What do I have to present to collect my wristbands?
A valid government issued ID that matches the name on the order.
When can I pick up my wristband? Can I only collect it on Friday or also on Saturday?
You can pick up your wristband on Friday or Saturday. Will Call will open at 10 AM on both days.
Can I transfer my ticket to another person?
You can transfer the ticket you purchased to someone else as long as it is done 5 days or more prior to the event. To transfer your ticket email support@bajabeachfest.com
Does Baja Beach Fest issue refunds?

Other Concerns
Do I need a passport to go to Mexico?
We highly recommend you bring a passport with you since you will be leaving and re-entering the US through an international border. However, many people do report getting across with just a drivers license.
What time does the event start and end?
IDK but this is my guess ---> Friday will start at 4 PM and go all night long, we don't believe in end times. Saturday there will be a VIP Pool Party at Papas&Beer that is right next to Baja Beach Fest, the Pool Party starts at 12 PM. The actual Baja Beach Fest shenanigans for Saturday will begin at 4 PM.
Is it adults only?
Yes, this is an 18+ event. ID's will be checked upon entrance.
